To be part of our ever-growing teams, you must have as a Field-based Educator:
A NVQ Level 3 qualification or higher and experience in teaching, educating, coaching, or assessing hairdressers in a field role.
Extensive knowledge and experience of colour are essential.
Experience in building relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Establish and grow strong relationships with national account groups, salon managers/franchisees, and stylists.
As a Field in Salon Sales Business Partner:
A proven commercial background (essential).
Excellent negotiation skills supported by commercial acumen.
A drive to achieve results.
Establish and grow strong relationships with national account groups, salon managers/franchisees, and stylists.
The UKI Talent team is interested in candidates from industry, FMCG, retail, and broader sales profiles.
We offer prior training to upskill you for the Field in Salon Business Partner role and product area.
A valid driving license is essential for this role.
