Support Workers – Children’s Residential Care (NVQ Level 3) Location: IP7, Suffolk Start Date: ASAP Shifts: Day Shifts Are you an experienced Support Worker with a passion for helping young people thrive in challenging circumstances? We are urgently seeking female Support Workers for a temporary placement within a children’s residential care setting in the IP7 area of Suffolk. About the Role: This role involves working with teenagers who may display challenging behaviours. The successful candidate will play a key role in guiding and supporting them through daily routines, emotional regulation, and the development of life skills – always promoting independence, safety, and dignity.
