Responsibilities
:
1. Train and support junior team members
2. Verify and authorize team activities
3. Calculate and dispense scheme benefits
4. Maintain membership records
5. Engage in project work assigned by managers
6. Coordinate with clients, actuaries, and third parties
7. Offer verbal and written technical insights
8. Ensure ISO and AAF accreditationpliance
9. Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
Your Profile:
Essential:
10. Previous pensions administration experience of Defined Benefit (DB) schemes including leavers, final salary, retirements, deaths, transfers in and transfers out.
11. Experience of current pensions legislation and framework.
12. Able to performplex calculations and checking work of junior colleagues.
13. IT proficient, in particular Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.
14. Confidentmunicator and problem solver.
15. Self-motivated and enthusiastic approach to work, in particular taking responsibility for personal and technical continuous professional development.
16. An eagerness to take on responsibility and adopt a flexible approach when work pressures are high.
17. Able to see projects/tasks through topletion within given timescales.
18. Great interpersonal and organisational skills
Qualifications:
19. Maths and English GCSE grade 4/C or equivalent.
