Key Responsibilities of the Property Litigation Solicitor
* Manage a full spectrum of property litigation and dispute resolution matters
* Acting for private fee-paying clientele
* Landlord possession, disrepair, tenancy disputes, leaseholds management, service charge disputes, etc
* Advocate in court or tribunal when required
* Supervise junior members of the team
* Collaborate with other departments to provide seamless service
Desirable Skills and Requirements of the Property Litigation Solicitor
* 3-6 years PQE in property litigation
* Ability to communicate effectively with clients
* Strong business development instincts
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
