The Role We are recruiting a Parts Advisor to join a busy automotive dealership in Milton Keynes. Reporting into the Aftersales team, this is a customer-facing, fast-paced role supporting both service and parts operations. Unusually for the automotive sector, this role offers no requirement for weekend working, providing an excellent work–life balance. This position would suit someone with strong customer service and administration skills who enjoys working with people and delivering a high standard of service. Key Responsibilities Handling face-to-face, telephone, and email enquiries Converting enquiries into workshop bookings Managing invoicing and parts administration Stock management, stock taking, and stock control Maximising service and parts department profitability Promoting customer awareness of available workshop services Carrying out occasional off-site parts deliveries Supporting the service department driving team when required Ensuring compliance with company and industry regulations The Ideal Candidate Previous experience as a Parts Advisor is not essential. Candidates from customer-facing backgrounds such as retail, hospitality, customer service, or those returning to work after a career break are encouraged to apply. Full training is provided.
