People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Supplier Coordinator to join our well-established client based in Leicester, East Midlands.

Day to Day Duties
Working as a Supplier Coordinator for our client your duties will be:
* This role is the first point of contact in the event of a quality issues arising from a supplier / partner
* Manage the department email address for the supplier support team
* Coordination of suppliers - including raw material suppliers, partner mills, secondary finish suppliers and finished good suppliers
* Annual legislative compliance checks
* Weekly and monthly inspection report chasing and reviews
* Weekly and monthly certificate of conformity and batch test report reviews
* Support with IATF and ISO 9001 compliance reviews (training given)
* Initial data gathering for supplier quality issues using Q&A templates
* Maintain good relationship with suppliers
* Timely response to all parties
