Hybrid working with expectation of working 3 days from our Aberdeen office. The Role You will ensure that asset activities are assessed, planned and effectively managed to ensure regulatory compliance, safety standards, and equipment availability and reliability are maintained. Support offshore maintenance, preservation and inspection by ensuring that onshore resources identify correct priorities and are closely and clearly aligned with area business plans/operational requirements. Familiarise with the work and be aware of all associated risks for People, the Environment, Assets and Reputation (PEAR); Understand and comply with their roles and responsibilities Safety Oversight: Ensure all safety standards and procedures are strictly followed. Report any incident, near miss, hazards (unsafe acts/situations) and improvement suggestions Risk Management: Conduct regular risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate identified risks.
