Static Maintenance Engineer - Building Services Maintenance - £40,000 + Overtime + £2000 Bonus + callout
We are recruiting for a Static Maintenance Engineer to work in a Service and Maintenance team, this role is based on a static site working with usually 2 other building service maintenance engineers to help them during their tasks, this role will not only require M&E Planned and reactive works but some install as and when required and also will include fabric maintenance such as basic joinery, plumbing etc and not just electrical works every engineer needs to turn their hand to general maintenance works.
The organisation has seen steady growth doubling in size over the past few years and has contracts signed up a full order book through to 2030 already.
Performing PPM's, repairs, and call outs there is an on-call rota 1 in 3 currently across the sites

·Salary basic upto £40,000 + package made up of a basic of £38,000 and 2k bonus
·40hr week
·33 Days holiday including bank holidays
·On call payment
·OT time over 40 hrs weekdays and evenings and weekends.

Static Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Requirements
·Used to performing PPM and reactive repairs to various buildings - Essential
·Electrical Background & Health and safety knowledge - Desirable
·C&G or NVQ level2 or above trained - Desirable
·Building fabric maintenance - Desirable
·CRB Checked - Essential
This would suit someone who has worked within Building services, M&E, Construction, Industrial Maintenance, Facilities Management, Fire & Security or Hire organisation or within other industries.
