Legal Analyst : Primaries & Secondaries Funds Transaction Execution with a leading Global Private Funds Manager
This role is in the investment structuring team responsible for closing all primary and co-investments. Coordinating all aspects of Transaction Execution working closely with the investment, operations and broader legal / compliance teams
Key Responsibilities
* Manage transactions with a focus on primary and co-investment transactions
* Oversee external providers completing NDAs and AML/KYC checks
* Set up SPVs and devise checklists
Candidate Profile
* Legal background as a Paralegal or Legal Associate within Private Funds or a law firm
* Financial Services Private Funds Experience
* Private Markets Primary and Secondaries / co-mingled experience
* Transaction Management of funds
