Insurance Business Analyst/Consultant
Hybrid Working (1 day per week in London office)
Salary: £60k-£80k (DOE)
Currently seeking a data-driven, proactive Business Analyst to support across a range of initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and contributing to impactful change across the insurance ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Lead Business Analyst in requirements gathering, documentation, and solution design.
* Analyse complex data sets to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
* Produce clear, compelling presentations in PowerPoint to communicate findings and updates to stakeholders.
* Use Excel extensively for data analysis, modelling, and reporting.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the business and with external partners.
* Contribute to project planning, process mapping, and continuous improvement activities.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
* Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
* High proficiency in Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation).
* Confident creating and delivering PowerPoint presentations at a professional standard.
* Ability to work with detailed data and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
* Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable supporting multiple projects.
