Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer – City of London
Location: City of London & West End
Salary: £46,000 Plus Overtime
Hours: Days Monday to Friday 8AM-5PM
Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in London and South of England. PRS is currently recruiting for a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to cover a number of commercial sites in the City of London and West End region. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance with an all-around understanding of most M&E/Fabric plants. You will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary, a company vehicle, and a fuel card. Duties:
* Maintaining/repairing and servicing a large variety of AC and refrigeration
* Leading a team of Engineers
* Plant Splits, VRV’s, VRF’s, chillers, down flow units, and Heat Pumps
* HVAC Plant and all associated Equipment
* AHU Plant and associated Equipment
* Split System Maintenance
* VRV Servicing
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds Equivalent (minimum) in Air-conditioning and refrigeration
* Commercial experience in Building Services or FM Background
* Experience with VRV’s, VRF’s, chillers, and Air handling units
* Air conditioning and refrigeration knowledge
* Flexible with a positive attitude and approach
