Join Our Team as a Women’s Criminal Justice Diversion Keyworker!

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of women? The Nelson Trust is looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team in Wiltshire. As a Women’s Criminal Justice Diversion Keyworker, you will play a crucial role in diverting women away from the Criminal Justice System and into supportive services that promote rehabilitation and recovery.

What We Offer:

* Competitive Salary: £25,000-£27,000 per annum dependent on experience
* Full-Time Hours: 35 hours per week with flexibility
* Generous Pension: 6% employer contribution

Your Role:

* Provide one-to-one and group support to women with vulnerabilities
* Coordinate multi-agency approaches to safeguard and manage risk
* Empower women to make positive changes and enhance their well-being

What We're Looking For:

* At least 2 years’ experience of working with women with multiple complex needs (MCN)
* Experience of developing partnerships with local organisations
* Experience of undertaking needs assessments and maintaining risk assessments
* In-depth knowledge of issues facing vulnerable women, including domestic abuse, mental health, accommodation, substance misuse, and finance
* Ability to engage with women who may find it difficult to engage with services
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Commitment to extending professional competence and reflecting on practice
