Senior Quantity Surveyor (Contract)Location: Swindon & surrounding areasSector: Infrastructure / Civils / UtilitiesWe are currently recruiting for a Contract Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading infrastructure contractor, supporting the wider commercial team on projects across Swindon and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced QS to take ownership of the commercial management of live infrastructure works on a contract basis.Key Responsibilities:Full commercial management of assigned infrastructure projectsPreparation and completion of monthly commercial reports (CVR / DES)Submitting client Applications for Payment (AFP)Managing project procurement activitiesProducing and maintaining accurate cost forecastsAssessing supply chain AFPs and agreeing final accountsCost control and value maximisationIdentifying, managing, and mitigating commercial risksMaximising cash flow and cash collectionCommercial administration throughout the project lifecycleRequired Experience & Qualifications:Educated to BSc Quantity Surveying level or equivalentStrong working knowledge of NEC contractsPrevious experience working on civil engineering, infrastructure, or utilities projectsProven experience operating as a Senior Quantity Surveyor (or a strong QS with relevant infrastructure experience)Ability to work autonomously while supporting the wider commercial teamSenior Quantity Surveyor (Contract)Location: Swindon & surrounding areasSector: Infrastructure / Civils / UtilitiesWe are currently recruiting for a Contract Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading infrastructure contractor, supporting the wider commercial team on projects across Swindon and the surrounding areas.
