What You’ll Do
Lead the Charge

Build and execute sales strategies that grow revenue and expand market reach

Spot new opportunities in OEMs, EMS providers, and distributors before anyone else sees them.
*
Turn numbers into insights and insights into victories.
Become the Customer’s Go-To Hero
*
Manage key accounts and develop relationships that last longer than some product lifecycles.
*
Understand customer needs, both spoken and unspoken, and connect them with the perfect component solutions.
*
Work closely with engineering teams to turn “maybe” into “absolutely.”
Know the Market Inside Out
*
Stay ahead of industry trends, new technologies, and the latest competitor antics.
*
Bring back market intel that helps shape our future product direction.
*
Represent the company at trade shows, customer visits, and industry events — with confidence and maybe even a bit of swagger.
Negotiate Like a Pro
*
Build long-term commercial agreements that make customers smile and finance nod approvingly.
*
Manage pricing, margins, and channel programs with a keen eye for profitability.
What You Bring
*
A degree in Engineering, Electronics, Business, or a related field—or a story that proves you didn’t need one.
*
5+ years of experience in electronic component or semiconductor sales.
*
A track record of smashing sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
*
Technical curiosity and the ability to talk comfortably about specs, applications, and why your component is the hero of the circuit.
*
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
*
You’re organized, motivated, and happy to travel when needed (airports are basically your second office)
