We are now seeking an Operations Data Analyst who goes far beyond running reports. This is a role for someone who is naturally inquisitive — someone who sees data as a starting point, not an answer, and who is driven to understand what the numbers are really saying about what’s happening on the shop floor. The Opportunity This role sits at the heart of our manufacturing operation, working closely with Operations teams and senior leaders to uncover insight, challenge assumptions and support smarter decision‑making. You will investigate trends, spikes and changes in operational data and relate them to real‑world factors such as process, people, machinery, materials, training and environment. You will question why something has changed, what may have caused it, and what the wider implications could be for quality, waste, efficiency and profitability. This is a commercially focused role where your analysis will directly influence how we improve performance, reduce waste and strengthen operational capability. What You’ll Be Doing Investigating & Interpreting Performance • Analyse operational data to identify trends, anomalies, inefficiencies and emerging risks • Spot spikes and patterns and ask the deeper questions: What’s changed? Why now?
