This is a site-based role and involves customer service of high standards including machine servicing and repairing at a multisite game’s environment. This role involves working individually and there you must be able to work on your own initiative. Due to the nature of the business, this role will involve working on a rota pattern covering a 7day operation, to effectively manage all company assets.
Responsible for maintaining and growing machine density.
To grow profitability by improving the income margins to achieve targets and budget.
To provide the highest standard of operation and liaise closely with site management to develop business and maintain longevity of contract.
Specific Responsibilities / Key Tasks:
1. To monitor machine performance and always ensure that machines and arcades are operated to maximum potential by full and correct maintenance, repair schedules, meter analysis and income tracking.
2. Control and safeguard all floats and income in conjunction with your Area Manager and ensure Company procedures are always adhered to and document weekly float checks.
3. With the Area Manager, plan and implement machine movements and installation and monitor machine plan weekly.
4. Ensure that sufficient spares are in stock to help to eliminate machine downtime. Ensure toys, redemption stock is always held at the correct level. Complete regular and Company stock checks.
5. Repair of amusement equipment/coin changers in the complex as notified by the public or management team
6. Ensure maximum security of Company assets e.g., cash, service keys and machines
7. Monitor machine performance and ensure machines operate to maximum potential
8. Carry out Portable Appliance Tests and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) visits according to Company or customer schedules ensuring that the necessary documentation is completed. Also carry out PC Swaps and Project Updates as and when required.
9. Carry out machine installations, changes and removals as required.
10. Promote and maintain a good relationship with customers and always promote a correct company image by ensuring standard of dress meets with company requirements.
