Responsibilities
* Maximise sales and profit in store and ensure the very highest standards of presentation and customer service.
* Lead and manage your store team to generate customer, donor and colleague loyalty and meet store targets.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Experience as a people manager; you are creative and resourceful and can use these skills to drive loyalty and results.
* Well-organised with strong communication skills to lead a team effectively.
