Supporting young people aged 16-24 into positive destinations to achieve their career aspirations. As a Careers and Employment advisor you will be part of a dynamic team using our young person centred approach that supports young people into employment, education or training. Careers Worcestershire provides young people with a safe, friendly, inclusive, and welcoming environment where they can access helpful support and advice. Multiple roles available: 35 hours per week a fixed-term contract/Maternity cover until End July 2027 with a view to extending. 28 hours per week (salary pro rata) fixed term until 31st March 2027 with a view to extending In delivering the role, you will empower young people (aged 16-24) through group and individual mentoring sessions.
