Job Description Job title: Sales Administrator Location: Huntingdon Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm Salary: £27,000 We’re looking for a proactive and organised Sales Administrator to support our clients UK sales operations. You’ll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, deliveries run smoothly and communication between customers, sales colleagues and internal teams is clear and timely. Process customer sales orders from receipt through to delivery (UK & export) Liaise with customers to provide order updates and respond to queries Arrange courier and haulage bookings Prepare and process export documentation and declarations Coordinate with the warehouse and despatch team to ensure timely deliveries Maintain accurate order data, checking and updating spreadsheets and systems What are we looking for? Positive, flexible and proactive approach Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Professional and confident communicator, both written and verbal Comfortable handling customer interactions via email and telephone Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively Willing to learn new systems and processes Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams Please note that we will be interviewing for this role in January due to the Christmas break but we welcome applications now!
