About the Role
Join our quality transformation team as a Mid-Level Quality Engineer. You'll work across multiple
development squads, building test automation frameworks and championing quality practices in an
agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
● Design and develop test automation suites using Playwright and TypeScript
● Execute manual and exploratory testing for critical features
● Build scalable test frameworks and integrate with CI/CD pipelines
● Perform API testing and maintain automated test coverage
● Collaborate with developers in 3 Amigos sessions and story refinement
● Create test documentation, strategies, and quality metrics reporting
● Support UAT processes and release testing activities Required Qualifications
● 3-5 years of experience in quality engineering or software testing
● Strong proficiency in TypeScript
● Hands-on experience with Playwright test automation framework
● Solid understanding of both manual and automated testing approaches
● Experience with API testing and CI/CD pipelines
● Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
● Familiarity with test management tools (Jira, Xray)
● Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Nice to Haves
● Financial services or investment platform experience
● Experience with Bruno, Charles Proxy, or Postman
● Performance testing knowledge Tech Stack
● Back-end: Java 21, Spring (Boot 3+/Cloud/Data/REST), Postgres/Jooq/Flyway, JUnit/TestContainers/Mockito, AWS (EC2, RDS, k8s, Cognito, S3)
● Front-end: TypeScript, React, and Tailwind CSS
● Testing Tools: Postman, Swagger, Jira, Confluence, TestRail (or similar)
● Playwright, TypeScript, Jira, Xray, Bruno, Git, Confluence
