Location: Porton Down, Salisbury
Hours: FT 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 7am - 6pm
Manpower has a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join Capgemini as a Customer Service Advisor.
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing 1st line IT support to Capgemini's clients.
A background in customer service is an advantage, but no previous IT experience is necessary - full training will be provided.
What you'll do
Respond to incoming requests via telephone, email, and web chat
Log all requests in the call management system
Assign calls to the relevant support teams
Action Back Office requests when required
Advise customers and support teams of known problems or workarounds
Keep customers updated on the progress of their request
