This is your chance to influence services at scale, work collaboratively across sectors, and deliver impactful outcomes for those who need support across East Sussex.
You will work at the forefront of system-wide change—bringing together public services, voluntary organisations and community partners, to design and deliver services that truly meet local needs. * Experience of commissioning processes and service redesign
* Communication, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills across diverse partners and audiences
* Ability to manage complex projects, budgets and competing priorities while delivering on time and to high standards
* Confidence using data and insight to drive decision‑making and service improvement
You’ll work at the heart of our valued partnerships, bringing together public services, third sector organisations and communities – making this an ideal role if you enjoy system leadership and relationship-driven impact.
With a focus on our Financial Inclusion programme, you will take ownership of commissioning services that support the financial wellbeing of our residents, playing a central role in tackling the cost‑of‑living challenges and delivering financial wellbeing improvements for communities across East Sussex.
