Salary : Up to £38,000 Full time, permanent Hybrid (2 days from home) What you'll do: Manage recruitment processes, encompassing job postings, advertisement creation, and consultation on effective hiring strategies. Advise on policies, employee relations, organisational change, performance management, and professional development initiatives. Gather and analyse feedback to assess the effectiveness and impact of organisational activities. Collaborate with external partners and associates to ensure the delivery of high-quality services. Support operational functions, including administrative duties and database management. Act as an organisational representative at events, conferences, and networking engagements. What you'll need: CIPD Level 5 qualification or higher. Minimum of three years' experience in a comparable role. Proficient in MS Office and familiar with digital HR platforms. Solid understanding of HR best practices. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
