An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Lincolnshire Recovery Partnership Substance Use Services as a Team Leader for Rough Sleeper Team. Within the role you will focus on supporting a team of Recovery Workers who are working with those who are rough sleeping or at risk of rough sleeping in Lincoln, Boston and Skegness.

Role Responsibility
As a Team Leader for the Rough Sleeper Team, you will work flexibly across Lincolnshire Recovery Partnership covering Lincoln, Boston and Skegness. Day-to-day you will report directly to the Rough Sleeper Team Manager whilst line managing a team of Rough Sleeper Recovery workers.
The role also requires you to engage, build and maintain rapport with partner agencies so that the team are able to provide the best support to the clients through outreach and a multi-agency approach.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will be a highly effective communicator, efficient and organised and have a real passion for supporting those who are rough sleeping/at risk of rough sleeping to engage in treatment.
Although management experience is not essential you must be able to demonstrate leadership skills and be able to remain calm and resilient in high pressure environments.
A driving licence and car access is preferred as you will be expected to work from Lincoln, Boston and Skegness hubs each week. (Expenses will be provided.)
