Duties as a Parts Advisor will include:
6. Providing excellent customer service to both trade and retail clients
7. Managing parts stock and inventory to ensure availability
8. Assisting technicians and service team with parts enquiries
9. Processing orders efficiently and accurately
10. Maintaining parts department standards and stock control
Requirements needed for this Parts Advisor role:
11. Proven experience as a Parts Advisor or similar role within the automotive industry
12. Strong organisational and customer service skills
13. Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
14. Professional and friendly manner with a good work ethic
15. Ability to work well within a team and handle multiple tasks
