Field Collections Officer - B2B Debt Recovery
South Wales | £29,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + Bonus

The Role
You'll operate across South Wales visiting commercial premises to:
* Collect overdue B2B debts face-to-face
* Negotiate structured repayment plans
* Execute warrants where required
* Conduct PDV visits
* Gather meter reads and vulnerability data
* Secure payment agreements and protect company revenue
This is not desk-based credit control. It's autonomous, field-led recovery work requiring resilience, judgement and professionalism.
What We're Looking For
* 3+ years in field collections / enforcement / debt recovery
* Experience executing warrants or working within compliance frameworks
* Strong negotiation skills under pressure
* Comfortable working independently across a territory
* Full UK driving licence
* Able to pass DBS, FCA and credit checks
