Key Responsibilities
* Client Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
* Scheduling and Planning: Coordinate service engineers' schedules, ensuring accurate job reports and certifications are issued promptly.
* Parts Procurement: Ensure all necessary parts are ordered and available prior to scheduling engineer visits.
* Administrative Tasks: Prepare client quotations, develop RAMS for projects, and assist with management reports and audits.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Business Admin Level 3 or Equivalent: A recognized qualification in business administration.
* Construction or Building Services Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a related field.
* Organisational and Multitasking Abilities: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
* Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* CMS and CRM Software: Proficiency in using scheduling and CRM software.
