Key Responsibilities: Answering telephone enquiries in a professional and friendly manner Meeting and greeting clients visiting the office Responding to email enquiries promptly Registering applicants and identifying opportunities for viewings and valuations Booking viewings and market appraisals Conducting property viewings and providing feedback to vendors Supporting the progression of sales from offer through to completion Generating new business within a target-driven environment Skills and Qualifications: Strong communication and customer service skills Highly motivated with a willingness to learn Target-driven and proactive attitude Organised and able to manage multiple tasks Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle Previous sales or customer-facing experience (advantageous but not essential) Package and Benefits: £20,000 basic salary commission (OTE £28,000) Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm Every Saturday (day off in lieu) Full training and development provided Excellent opportunity to build a long-term career in property Supportive and experienced team environment
