Overview
Lead, motivate and develop warehouse staff. Drive productivity, accuracy and service levels. Ensure health & safety and compliance standards are maintained. Support continuous improvement across the operation. Work closely with senior management on performance and planning. Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate and develop warehouse staff.
* Drive productivity, accuracy and service levels.
* Ensure health & safety and compliance standards are maintained.
* Support continuous improvement across the operation.
* Work closely with senior management on performance and planning.
* Weekend work is required – every other weekend.
Qualifications
* Previous warehouse management or supervisory experience.
* Strong leadership and people management skills.
* Experience within FMCG, food, logistics or fast‑paced warehousing preferred.
* Organised, hands‑on and driven approach.
