Location: Remote with adhoc site visits to Reading when required Duration: 6-12 months (mat leave cover) Rate: £58ph UMB (Inside IR35) Role details: Our client, a leading defence & aerospace company, are looking for an Organisational Interface Manager to support their programme in the deployment/delivery of courseware and media. The Manager will develop strategies and solutions to address identified challenges to the delivery of courseware and media. You will work with the Programme Manager and other team leaders to ensure that courseware and media developed in the Programme can be delivered across the Customer training estate and the Customer's learning environment (LE) Learning Management System (LMS). The role will require the OIM to make site visits and establish relationships with system owners across the Customer training estate to ensure potential challenges to the delivery of training C&M developed by the programme are identified and addressed. Main Duties to include: Work as a member of a team responsible for the analysis, design and production of DSAT C&M for delivery across our Customer's training sites and organisations.
