Overview:
Join a dynamic organisation in the logistics and finance sector, known for its dedication to customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Our client specialises in B2B partnerships across the UK and Europe, providing high-quality products manufactured overseas.
As an Order Processing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing the customer order lifecycle, ensuring precision from order receipt to delivery.
Your tasks will include:
Validating and entering customer orders into ERP systems
Confirming product availability, pricing, and shipping terms
Maintaining accurate documentation at every step
Coordinating with warehouse teams to manage stock levels
Serving as a primary contact for B2B customers regarding order statuses
Generating insightful reports on order performance and identifying improvement opportunitiesSkills/ Experience:
Ideally you would have 5+ years of experience in order processing, logistics, or supply chain coordination
Proven experience with international suppliers, especially those based in China
Familiarity with B2B client expectations and customs requirements
Proficient in ERP/order management systems and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
Exceptional communication and coordination abilities
Attention to detail and effective prioritisation skills
Knowledge of export logistics, customs processes, and Incoterms (FOB, EXW, DDP) (Desired)
Experience working with distributors, retailers, or wholesale customers.How to apply:
