Job Role: Field Service Engineer
Location: Exeter, Dorset (accepting applications from surrounding counties)
Salary: £32,000-£42,000 (OTE £45,000-£50,000+) – paid door to door
Hours: Monday-Friday 08.00-17:00 + Door to Door Paid + Overtime @ 1.5x

The client:
Interaction Technical have partnered with an leading supplier of agricultural and construction machinery. Due to the growth of the business, our client is now looking to add skilled Plant and Agricultural field service engineers to their rapidly expanding team to maintain, repair and service an array of Agricultural machinery.

The Duties:
* Accurately diagnosing faults, servicing and carrying out emergency repairs/breakdowns on agricultural machinery or plant machinery (tractors, combiners, diggers, dumpers etc)
o Travel to customer sites to ensure all machinery is maintained and repaired to the highest quality.
o Carry out diagnostics to diagnose mechanical and electrical faults on agricultural and horticultural machinery
o The ability to work independently within the customer sites and collaborate with colleagues to ensure documentation and the perfect solution is offered.
o Working on engines, batteries and hydraulics, alongside mechanical and electrical fault finding and repairs.
o Liaising with clients to diagnose faults and find solutions for them.
The Requirements:
* Previous experience working with hydraulics, alongside mechanical and electrical capabilities (essential)
* Previous experience working within the Agricultural industry experience (essential)
* Electrical and/or Mechanical fault finding, repair & service experience (advantageous)
* Experience working with engines and batteries (advantageous)
* Relevant qualifications NVQ or City and Guilds in mechanical/electrical engineering (advantageous)
* Full UK Drivers License
