What We’re Looking For NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) with an active PIN. Experience working in a nursing home or similar residential setting. Strong understanding of dementia care and person-centred support. Confident in clinical assessments, medication administration, and safeguarding practices. Calm, proactive and able to work independently during night shifts. Oversee medication management, care planning and clinical decision-making. Respond promptly to any changes in residents’ health needs.
