At Bridgetown, were seeking a passionate Deputy Nursery Manager to support our team in delivering exceptional care and education. To be considered for this role, you must hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification. SENCDO experience would be an advantage, but not essential.

Pay: £13.70 per hour
Working Hours: Term Time Contract - 38 hours over 4 days, Mon to Fri 8am-6pm with one day off per week.

What Being a Deputy Nursery Manager Involves
As a Deputy Nursery Manager, youll play a crucial role in supporting the Nursery Manager to lead and inspire your team while maintaining excellence in your base room responsibilities. You will:
* Lead and mentor the nursery team to deliver high-quality early years education with pride and energy.
* Support the Nursery Manager in overseeing all aspects of nursery operations, ensuring consistency and quality.
* Act as a role model, fostering an environment of initiative, creativity, and high standards of care.
* Build strong partnerships with families, colleagues, and external agencies to promote collaboration and excellent outcomes for children.
* Monitor and guide the teams implementation of the EYFS framework, ensuring engaging and nurturing learning opportunities.
* Take responsibility for the nursery in the Nursery Managers absence, ensuring smooth operations.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement, providing constructive feedback and supporting professional development within your team.
* Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that respects the unique needs of every child.
About Our Nursery
Bridgetown pre-school provides a spacious and welcoming environment enriched with natural resources for children to explore freely throughout the day. Our children enjoy the freedom to move between indoor and outdoor spaces including our on site Forest School area, with a pond and camp fire facilities. At Bridgetown Pre-School we to get out and explore. From wildlife walks to going to meet the Stratford-Upon-Avon Fire Station and Police Department, we like to be busy and active in the community. We also hold yearly events, such as our sports day, fete and on occasion hold cake sales for local charities. Conveniently situated on Byron Road, within the grounds of Bridgetown Primary School and just a short stroll from the heart of Stratford-upon-Avon. Ample parking is available along the road outside the school.
