Morson Talent are currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Engineer to work on behalf of one of our prestigious Aerospace clients based in Yeovil, Somerset. This is initially a 5 month contract with possibility of extension.
Job Accountabilities / Responsibilities
This is an expert role within manufacturing engineering and could sit within any Production area of the Company. The role works independently with appropriate stamp and signatory / delegation approval or is technical owner for specific product or processes to deliver the following:
* Technical support
* Manufacturing work instructions
* Technical documentation and Tooling to support the manufacturing process
* Develop improvements initiatives to enable production of world class products
You Will
* Plan continuous assembly sequences and processes in order to achieve the build standard
* Manage product quality, budget hours and delivery schedule (QCD) as defined by Programme Management
* Improve product manufacturing process and set high standards
