We are offering an exciting opportunity to join our Sales Team as a Client Relationship Manager, focusing on managing key accounts. In this role, you will ensure maintaining excellent relationships with our customers, identifying opportunities to grow our service base, ensure retention and develop our accounts. Working as part of our nationwide team, you’ll be the face and relationship holder, and work internally with stakeholders to support our customers.

Job Role

In this role, you will form a key part of the Sales team and the broader organisation to meet both internal and client objectives. You will take ownership of various client‑focused tasks, including managing the Client Support, Key Account and Removals email inboxes, while also handling direct email enquiries. Regular communication with clients and customers will be key, and you’ll have the opportunity to identify and leverage cross‑selling opportunities, offering solutions for both new and existing sites. The below points will form the overall basis of your success.


Strategic Growth & Relationship Management

* Driving Value: You will act as a strategic partner to our clients, proactively identifying opportunities to cross‑sell and up‑sell services that enhance and grow existing partnerships.
* Retention & Satisfaction: Your primary focus will be to maintain excellent levels of client satisfaction, ensuring we retain our valued customers through the cultivation of deep, long‑term relationships.
* Account Optimisation: You will conduct ongoing improvement assessments across your portfolio to ensure every account is performing at its peak and evolving alongside the client's needs.


Communication & Liaison

* The Central Link: Serving as the bridge between our customers and internal stakeholders, you will act as the dedicated point of contact for all high‑level inquiries and strategic discussions.
* Collaborative Spirit: You will work closely with various internal departments to ensure our collective resources are aligned to meet and exceed specific customer requirements.
* Omnichannel Engagement: This role requires a high level of visibility, maintaining regular communication via face‑to‑face meetings, video calls, and professional email correspondence.


Project Delivery & Operations

* Solution Implementation: You will take the lead on project delivery, overseeing the seamless rollout of new solutions or services to ensure they are integrated effectively into the client’s operations.
* Data‑Driven Insights: To support client transparency, you will be responsible for the delivery of Management Information (MI) and bespoke reporting as requested.
* Operational Excellence: You will manage the day‑to‑day administrative tasks and routine contact points that keep our partnerships running smoothly and efficiently.

* Driving License & Comfortable to travel
* Demonstrable experience in growing customer accounts
