Property Litigation NQ Solicitor - Cambridgeshire
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Property Litigation NQ Solicitor / Legal Executive to join a well-established and highly regarded Legal 500 firm based in Cambridgeshire. This is a fantastic chance to begin or develop your litigation career with one of the region's leading teams
The Role
You will work alongside experienced lawyers on a broad mix of contentious property matters, including:
* Landlord and tenant disputes
* Lease renewals, breaches, and terminations
* Possession claims
* Boundary and right of way disputes
* Development-related claims
* Dilapidations and property management issues
You’ll be encouraged to take responsibility for your own matters with supervision, while developing client relationships and contributing to team growth

About You
* Qualified Solicitor (NQ – 2 PQE considered) with a seat or experience in property litigation
