This role is ideal for a nurse with strong experience in chronic pain pathways, patient education, and multidisciplinary care.**Key Responsibilities**Supporting consultant-led pain management clinicsConducting clinical assessments & reviewing pain historyManaging patients with chronic pain conditions such as:Neuropathic painMusculoskeletal painPost-surgical painFibromyalgia & complex regional painSupporting interventions including:Steroid/nerve block preparationTENS educationMedication reviews (in collaboration with prescribers)Providing patient education (self-management, pacing, lifestyle adjustments)Supporting telephone/virtual follow-up reviewsAccurate documentation within EPR systemsWorking collaboratively with Consultants, Physiotherapists, HCAs, and Pain Specialists**Requirements**Registered Nurse (NMC PIN required)Minimum **1 year’s experience** in pain management, MSK, chronic illness, or similarStrong communication and patient engagement skillsAbility to manage sensitive, complex patient needsOutpatient experience beneficialConfident working autonomously in a clinic settingMust have the right to work in the UK and live in the UK**What We Offer**Competitive rates of payFlexible outpatient shiftsWeekly payFast-track complianceDedicated consultant supportLong-term opportunities across Wales #J-18808-Ljbffr
