Requirements:
* Degree in Mechanical / Building Services Engineering
* 3+ years’ experience in a contracting environment
* Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, piping (P&ID), and A&ID’s
* Experience with Navisworks, BIM, and project planning tools
* Skilled in Microsoft Office & QA systems (e.g., EIDA)
* Proven ability to manage technical submittals, RFIs, and installation packs
* Team player with strong communication skills and attention to detail
