We are looking for a talented Senior Sous Chef to support our Head Chef in delivering high-quality, creative food experiences across all outlets. What You'll Do Lead daily kitchen operations and supervise all sections during service. Deputise for the Head Chef, ensuring consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation. Train, mentor, and inspire junior chefs and kitchen staff. Manage food orders, stock levels, and kitchen organisation to reduce waste and control costs. Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and allergen regulations (HACCP). Assist in the creation of seasonal menus and event-specific offerings. Foster a collaborative and positive kitchen culture, even under pressure. What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years' experience as a Sous or Senior Sous Chef in a fast-paced kitchen. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. A passion for food and high standards of cooking and presentation. Knowledge of allergens, HACCP, COSHH, and kitchen safety protocols. Experience with high-volume service and/or event catering is a plus.
