Founded in 1985 the Hyhurst Group of companies develops and invests in residential and mixed-use properties across South East London. The Group has over 150 properties, with more currently under development, providing quality homes and buildings for all our tenants, care providers and leaseholders.
Private rental homes
We have an extensive portfolio of quality blocks of flats and houses let to private, professional tenants. We aim to provide an exceptional service and as a result our average tenancy length is 4 years.
Social housing
For over 30 years we have worked with London’s leading housing associations to provide quality social housing. We currently provide London Borough of Bexley, SIG Equinox and Bridge Support with fit for purpose housing for their vulnerable tenants.

Hyhurst Properties Ltd and RCH Properties Ltd each holding a portfolio of homes for private rent and social housing through our partner social care providers. All our private rental properties are let through our trusted agents Acorn Group Estate Agents and Kinleigh Folkard and Hayward and are advertised on Rightmove and Zoopla.
Breakshore Ltd and Strand Construction & Development Ltd both develop residential and mixed use developments. They are responsible for site acquisition, funding, planning, design and commissioning each project.
