A well-established and respected law firm in Pocklington is looking to recruit an ambitious Private Client Paralegal to join its team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a genuine interest in Private Client work, particularly in Wills, Estate Administration and Powers of Attorney.

Key Responsibilities:
This role combines fee-earning, client care and firm contribution. You will:
* Manage their own caseload in a timely and efficient manner
* Attend client meetings, follow up with clear and accurate advice
* Draft Wills, deal with estate administration and prepare Lasting Powers of Attorney
* Conduct legal research and keep up to date with legal developments
* Maintain accurate file records and ensure compliance procedures are followed
* Contribute to internal meetings and firmwide initiatives
* Help grow the department through strong client service and cross-referral work
You Will Need:
* Solid grounding in Private Client work (wills, probate, or LPA experience is essential)
* A proactive attitude and willingness to support firm-wide goals
* A good sense of humour and a common-sense approach
