This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving business within the signage manufacturing industry, working on bespoke internal and external signage projects for high-profile commercial environments. Key Duties: " Preparing signage components through sanding, degreasing and masking " Mixing and applying paints including primers and topcoats using spray guns " Spraying onto various surfaces such as aluminium, plastics and acrylics " Ensuring even coverage and a high-quality finish throughout the process " Inspecting finished work for defects or inconsistencies and correcting where necessary " Cleaning and maintaining spray equipment and work areas " Always adhering to health and safety standards The Ideal Candidate Will Have: " Previous experience in wet paint spraying, ideally within signage or manufacturing " Skilled in surface preparation and masking techniques " Confident using spray guns and working with different paint types and materials " Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing a professional finish " The ability to w...
