Prospero Teaching is seeking a number of ALN Teaching assistants to work at a special school in BreconThe school is a large facility that caters for those with profound multiple learning difficulties. The age of the children ranges from Primary school to post 16 education. Depending on performance, the school would look at either extending the contract or offering a permanent position.CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS Location - Brecon Position - SEN Teaching Assistant Start date - September 2025 Full time/part time - Full-Time Minimum rate of pay - £87.96 - £100.62 per day Hours - 8:45 am - 4:00 pmEXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS Recent Graduate, with a 2:1 or higher Previous experience working in a UK school Up to Up-to-date safeguarding training issued in the last year Qualified Teaching StatusTO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST: Hold Right to Work in the UK Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application* Provide two professional child related references covering the last 2 yearsIf you would like to be considered for this role, please apply with a copy of your up-to-date CV.
