Working in retail as a Topps Tiles Sales Assistant is truly unique. As a valued member of a small team, you'll help customers visualize their projects and find the perfect products to bring their tiling ideas to life.
As a sales assistant at Topps Tiles, you'll go beyond just operating the till. You'll develop valuable sales skills, support customers, and contribute to the store's revenue.
Unlike many retail roles, you won’t need to work late evenings, and you’ll enjoy 3 days off over Christmas.
Plus, you'll earn commission on each sale you facilitate.
You will build long-standing relationships with our regular trade customers, use your creativity to inspire them, and help them choose the right designs and styles.
Gain product knowledge to provide valuable advice to both trade and retail customers, ensuring they get the best products for their needs.
The best part? You don’t need prior knowledge about tiles or retail experience!
