You will conduct daily inspections, allocate tasks, and ensure all work is delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with agreed service levels. A vital element of this role is ensuring productivity, compliance, and continuous improvement. You will complete engineer audits, ensure accurate risk assessments are in place, and maintain high standards of service delivery. You will also play a central leadership role—recruiting, developing, coaching and retaining engineering staff while promoting a collaborative learning culture across the team.
