Job Description
The Commercial Litigation Solicitor will be:
3. Dealing with a caseload of high value commercial disputes, including international arbitration, technology and product liability claims
4. Drafting pleadings, managing disclosure, advising on strategy and settlement options
5. Supporting business development: pitch materials, client meetings and proposals
6. Working closely with the Partners on higher value disputes
The Successful Applicant
The Commercial Litigation Solicitor should be / have;
7. A solicitor with 1-4 years PQE in commercial litigation
8. Experience across international arbitration, product liability or tech disputes is highly desirable
9. Strong drafting, advocacy, strategic thinking and case management skills
10. Excellent commercial awareness and client relationship ability
11. Able to work independently and as part of multidisciplinary teams
