Job summary We currently have an opportunity for an Admin & Clerical person to join the Patient Flow Team based in the grounds of Southport Hospital. This a full time 37.5 hrs permanent position and the working hours are Monday - Friday 8.30am - 16.30pm. This is a busy role so we are looking for a flexible enthusiastic team player with good interpersonal skills and an excellent telephone manner. Somebody who works well under pressure, understands the importance of prioritising their own workload to meet deadlines whilst working independently and part of busy team This is an exciting opportunity for somebody to gain valuable experience within the Health Care setting. Main duties of the job The successful candidate will be required to possess good knowledge of verbal and written communication skills. Monitoring the Teams inbox on a daily basis Uploading Referrals on a daily basis Answering the telephone and escalating messages to team members Liaising with care homes & hospitals including passing on patients confidential information.
