Are you an experienced Leasehold Disputes Litigation Solicitor looking for a new challenge? This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading law firm's Leasehold Enfranchisement and Block Management department, where you will act as a dedicated expert in leasehold disputes litigation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle complex leasehold disputes and related litigation matters
* Provide specialist advice on leasehold enfranchisement and block management issues
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, leveraging your expertise and network
Requirements:
* 5-10 years PQE in leasehold disputes litigation
* Proven track record as a specialist in this area
* A client following or established referral sources is essential
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
