Role Description
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and optimize paid media campaigns across Amazon and Google Ads. You will be instrumental in driving revenue, improving ROAS, and scaling our eCommerce presence. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing sizeable budgets, analyzing performance data, and implementing strategies tailored for Amazon’s ecosystem and Google’s advertising platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, DSP) and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, Performance Max, YouTube).
* Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market insights to inform campaign strategies.
* Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting bids, targeting, and creative to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
* Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad copy, assets, and product listings that enhance ad performance.
* Manage budgets effectively, ensuring efficient spend allocation and scaling high-performing campaigns.
* Generate detailed performance reports and actionable insights for stakeholders, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization.
* Stay up-to-date with platform changes, new ad formats, and best practices across Amazon and Google ecosystems.
* Collaborate with the eCommerce, merchandising, and operations teams to ensure alignment on promotions, inventory, and product launches.
* Propose and test new strategies, audiences, and bidding tactics to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
* 2-4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, specifically managing Amazon Advertising and Google Ads campaigns.
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding ROAS and CPA targets in an eCommerce environment.
* Deep understanding of Amazon Seller/Vendor Central and familiarity with tools like Amazon Advertising Console, Helium 10, or similar.
* Strong knowledge of Google Ads Manager, including Search, Shopping, Display, and Performance Max.
* Proficiency with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Amazon Attribution, and Excel/Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
